Frame is heavy duty; easy to assemble. Easy to transport if needed. Parts fold up for transport or storage. We tried to use the mattress box spring, but not needed. Definitely would need a step stool to get on to the bed. We got rid of the box spring. Not needed since the frame comes with the slats for mattress support. No head board yet, but the frame comes with the pre-drilled homes to add headboard later. Allows for plenty of storage underneath with 14 inch frame.
This bed was easy to assemble, it is extremely sturdy and has given me some of the best sleep I have had in months. It is very heavy duty, and it absolutely does not move in any circumstance. Pleasantly surprised and would and will buy again for another room.
Product came as specified and very well packaged. We set it up in 30 minutes and it has been working perfectly. We are very happy with this product in the short time we have used it. One think you will need to address is to have something to wrap around the middle posts on the outside rails as it is a potential stub hazard on the toes. We used a piece of foam pipe wrap. Worked perfectly.

Good product, light enough weight to redecorate room with relative ease, perfect for fitting closet-made wood cubbies and fabric bins in under. Holds the mattress nicely; little to no snags. Even has holes to add head (or) footboard-not (and). Very durable design and enamel.
Bought this frame about a month ago and so far, so good! I was looking for a quality bed frame, something that is sturdy and strong. I wanted to have some space underneath for storage and I wanted the frame to have a place where I could add a headboard for the future. It was very easy to put together as well. A great product for a great price! I would recommend buying!
Also- close to a month after buying I bought a headboard to attach to the frame. I was a little hesitant if it would go together at first but it worked! We did have to buy some longer screws to attach the headboard at the bottom, but overall everything worked out perfectly! If you're looking to buy this frame and wonder if a headboard will actually attach well, mine did and I recommend buying.
