Easy to put together if you follow the instructions. Assembled by myself. Color is not which I kind of knew from previous reviews. It is more of a light . Unfortunately there is a small dent in the headboard. I really needed to get the bed together as I had a guest coming to stay in a new condo purchased recently as a winter home so overlooked it. I probably should have called at the time, however was crazy busy moving in and cutting up tons of boxes from other items purchased. Too bad as I read a few reviews that said parts of their bed was dented too. Put a mattress on it which took some time to expand. About 3 days.not very good quality,you must check it when ship out
We received this item today and was surprised by the weight, we continue to be surprised at how well the bed was packaged. It was double boxed, the styrofoam was wrapped in plastic to avoid making a mess. When assembly time arrived, we were amazed at the thought put into the assembly, the instructions were clear- the parts of the bed were labeled with the coordinating steps. All hardware (including extra parts) were separated and labeled- and lets just talk about the ratcheting Allen wrench they include! Life altering. Once together the bed is solid, little touches like the Velcro and double sided tape are just frosting.
As mentioned in other reviews, the is not a true, bright - it has a tone. Slight but if your trying to match up to something you should be aware. Gorgeous color and design
Weve purchased a lot of build it yourself bed from and from different drop shippers on the Internet. This bed is by far thee most well packaged, well thought out, piece of anything weve ever seen! The foam was wrapped in shrink wrap... it comes with a custom ratchet driver for the screws... its clearly labeled everywhere, but easy to peal off the labels once installed. The frame is beautiful! Our daughter loves it, so we love it! A great piece! Elegant and very comfortable
I knew this was the bed I wanted the minute I saw it. My son put it together in less than an hour. Right out of the box we recognized that it was quality furniture. All the parts were included...nothing missing and we agreed that it felt very sturdy. The picture doesnt do justice to the beauty of the bed frame. Comfortable and practical for small spaces
The actual bed is very nicely made and easy to assembly. The product came without the wood plugs to cover the screws. I have been emailing customer service for a week and tried to call today but was on hold for 10 minutes and gave up. The person I am emailing seems to not understand English or know how to write in English. I keep being asked the same questions over and over. The most recent email has a list of 5 or 6 steps that I must follow to get some help with a very simple request!!
This bed was an absolute pleasure to put together. The instructions and labeling were very clear and they sent the tools and hardware to get the job done. I am extremely happy with the whole experience! Gorgeous and well-built

Terrible customer service!
