Might just be me i put it together myself seems a little loose. But easy to do. More on the firm side but I dont mind that. Material easy to clean. Storage and slide in convenient. Love the color. Overall I love it Nice product.
Product came in 3 large boxes. Only had to screw on the bottom pieces. Very easy to assemble. Very sturdy. Its a bit hard but Im sure it will soften with time. Absolutely Loveeee the couch. Not so bad.
Comfy little couch with a cozy lounge. Easy to assemble if you havent been drinking too much. Firm seating and a supportive back frame. Pull out feature makes it easy to pass out on the couch with little effort; or if youre really ly and not much more than 55 you can stretch out comfortably and call it a night. I rarely give more than 4 stars on anything. Once the cats have finished sharpening their claws on it I should have no problems disassembling it and escorting it to the dump. Will definitely purchase a new one in a couple of years. Overall good.
If I lie on my back on the couch, one arm dangles off. I didnt pick up on this until it arrived, but the seat is very narrow; approx. 18 from the back cushion to the front edge. I chose this for a furnished rental because of the ability to turn it into a bed. The bed appears a decent size and comfortable enough for a night or two, but Im glad this isnt my primary couch for long term use. More sturdy than expected.
Came on time, I could lift boxes, we got through camper doors easily, set up went smoothly. You can put chaise on either side, loved that! Looks cute. Fits our space well. Love the storage section under the chaise seat as well! The seat cushion is fairy lacking, you can feel the board on your rump. I wouldnt ever have someone sleep here. I love that it pulls out into a bed/ we do lots of movie nights etc. the back cushions are a little lower than I desire. The button areas collect crumbs and dust so with three kids and animals just for the record overall its ok. If the comfort were better it would have been a 5/5! We are looking at a new couch due to the comfort and weve only had for 6 months. Not super sturdy.
It took weeks to get the right part of the couch shipped to me. They forgot to mail the couch cushions so I spent hours on the phone trying to get them to send the correct piece, it was extremely stressful. Once all the pieces came in it was a great sofa. I have it in my airbnb so it has been used over 100 times and now it is starting to fall apart. If I did not need to use it so frequently I am sure it would have lasted longer. After just a year I will need to replace this couch. Overpriced.

Decent couch it has broken down with extended use though. Also was a pain to get it out together.

It is a bit firm and short for long legs but its perfect for lounging. We love it! This item is good! Satisfied.
