Editing to add that has AMING customer service. Six months or so after purchasing this bed one of my twins (both are boys ) snapped off that tiny wood piece on the top rail. I emailed customer service in hopes of getting the pieces replaced. They emailed back the next day stating they were out of replacement kits at the moment but would be happy to replace the whole unit, free of charge. I happily accepted their offer. I had a tracking number the same day and the new bed by the end of the week.
I was following several low/floor bunk beds for a while and got this one on a flash sale. Best money spent on to date! I hired a third party to assemble this bed but it took him less than 2 hours. Ok.
This is the highest quality piece of furniture I have put together in many years. It takes an hour or more due to amount of pieces, but well worth it. Uncomplicated assembly because of the superb and clear instructions which organize ALL the parts. Super high quality wood that feels American sourced and my children love it. This is much more of a higher quality item than the Ikea, or Chinese brands. Five stars!!! Space saver.
The bed is aming for the price! Very easy to put together the bed is very sturdy, only changes I made was adding a thin piece of wood on the top bunk since I seen a few people posted that the boards snapped but all around perfect bed! I love it and my kids as well!! Thank you so much.
Assemble was straight forward and easy. its solid color is spot on and easy for my kiddos to get in and out of. Exactly what we were looking for! Very functional.
The lower bed doesnt have a good clearance for adults. Other than that, I love this bunk bed. Very sturdy, we also bought two bunky boards to enforce the support. If you are thinking for your little ones, its a great choice. Perfect!!
My hubby and I put this together today! Took 2 hours from start to finish. So far we are very pleased with this bunk bed set. It is very sturdy, very well thought out construction. Out little guys cant wait for bed!!! yes we like it.
While being assembled, 4 out of 8 fasteners pressed out wood filler in the ladder support and now are exposed. And now there are holes on the exterior surface. Also came with a huge dent and paint scratch on the exterior surface. Very easy to set up!
The instructions were easy to understand, you will need a drill to install the slats but it was easy enough. None of my slats came broken and none of the parts came damaged. One of the holes wasnt fully punctured but it was an easy fix, I just pushed the Allen wrench in it loll Overall great quality for the money and my daughters love it! Ill update if anything happens later on really good.
