I ordered the distressed grey but received the distressed charcoal which appears to be about $60 cheaper. It’s a nice piece of furniture just not happy I wasn’t contacted about the color change and if I was ok with it
It looks beautiful. It is sturdy and looks perfect in our kitchen. Every piece was labeled making building it a cinch. It truly looks and feels like a more expensive piece.
, the maker of this furniture made a fabulous piece. Unfortunately, a part of it arrived damaged. It was one of the back pieces I noticed it a bit too late as I was already partly through assembly to send it back. So I reached out to using the insert provided just wanting to get a replacement part. I provided the pictures of the damaged part, and THEY SENT OUT A WHOLE NEW UNIT. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service and going above and beyond. I didnt need a whole new replacement part, so Im debating weather or not to donate it to charity and just keep my unit the way it is, or put it up in the babys room as a changing table/storage. For those wanting to know, the part that arrived damaged was one of the back panels, so you hardly see it anyway. The back panels are made of much thinner material, (cardboard i think, but not the cheep-o Wal-mart furniture carboard) so I think the damage occurred during shipment.
We bought this for my husbands home office to act as a credenza. Didnt want particle board/veneer as it just doesnt last or look as nice as solid wood. This cabinet exceeded our expectations! It is solid acacia so very heavy in weight but gorgeous. It does require some time and patience to assemble but it worth it. The instructions were well written, parts well labeled and all pieces well packaged to arrive with no damage. Love the metal feet as it gives a modern look to it.
I am happy with the body materials and the doors. It is of incredible quality for the value. But some materials like the bottom parts of the drawers and the back cover are pretty thin plywood. Although overall design just met my expectation, I still could not finish assembling it because an item which is supposed to connect the two plywood at the back is missing. The customer service said they DO NOT have the item to send either.
Very easy to put together, my husband and I got this put together in a hour and 15 min. It’s absolutely beautiful and looks amazing in my kitchen! Definitely a statement piece and I love that I bought it in white!
I am really happy with this purchase. I needed a furniture piece to help with storage now that working from home is the norm. It is a sturdy, well-made piece. I am familiar with putting these kinds of kits together, and this one was exceptionally well-planned. Each step is on its own page, and there are insets that show construction details. I was able to complete it in about 3 hours on my own with an Allen Key bit in my power drill. It would have taken a lot longer to do the screws by hand. I wouldnt hesitate to buy this brand again.
