We bought this daybed to replace a massive sleigh bed we had in a guest room. Assembly took as long as you would expect, but not challenging. Way easier with two people helping. Its light to move around the room to sweep under the bed even with the mattress on it. Highly recommend for the price and the sturdiness. Cozy and sturdy.
Good bed for experienced assembler. Instructions are minimalistic. No holes predrilled for wood pieces in the middle. Came out good. Extra hardware pieces are a nice touch. Overall, buy it. Gorgeous and well-built
Not sturdy at all, We have had this bed about 9 months and there is already a large crack in one of the visible pieces of the bed. This bed is being used by two kids that are less than 40 lbs each, so I cant say that I would recommend this bed to anyone.
This bed was purchased for a guest bedroom. Directions were clear and it was east to put together. I recommend putting plywood top of the slats to make the base more sturdy. We did this for both the bed and trundle. The trundle is being used for storage of quilts and daybed bedding storage when in use. If we decide that we need another mattress we will purchase. We have a 10 mattress on top. Very sturdy bed. Would definitely buy again. True to color. So comfortable.
One of the side panels hard a large gash. It had been repaired poorly with puddy. When you purchase a product, you expect new, not damaged and repaired.Looks ok but doesnt feel good! Do not buy!
Its a beautiful piece of furniture but not as sturdy as I was hoping. Bought for my 5 year old daughters room. She loves pulling out the trundle and I can see the board flex as she pulls it. I dont know how long this bed will realistically last. Even the headboard and sides are pretty flimsy. If only used occasionally in a spare bedroom for when guests visit then maybe but not an every day use piece of furniture.It is a liitle uncomfortable
Easy to assemble but very flimsy. Afraid if my 8 year old leaned on the back of it, it would break. Had to buy wood to reinforce the back in the bottom. Less than expected
