Nice firm/ish seating and back. I bought different wheels for the carpet area, so not sure about the wheels that come with it
Excellent product! Easy to assemble and looks great! My only critic is that it leans back a bit too much and I had to get a lumbar pillow in order to have good posture. Would totally buy again!
