As expected, thank you!As we assembled, we saw that we were missing a piece. We contacted their customer service, and they were very easy to work with. They sent us a replacement immediately. As happy as we are with the end result, were even happier with the folks that helped us get there.
Good, I love this coat rack and that it is made of real wood. I bought 2 or 3 other coat racks and returned them because I didnt like the fake wood and dark metal bars. So glad I ended up getting this one. It was easy to assemble and looks great. Good price too, definitely worth it!

Very sturdy. It was super easy to put together took 20 mins or less and is super sturdy it hold many coats all our shoes a wind chime and our big orange cat! What cant it hold!?! Great purchase
Worth it! She loves it. Fit perfectly infront of a small space I have in my doorway. I assembled it alone it wouldve been a lot easier with two people. The instructions are bare and the numbers werent labeled correctly on my items. Easy to figure out anyways.

Bought this for Christmas!! Still love it. We have a small Florida room, we used to kick our shoes off all over the floor and throw our coats on the furniture. I am so thrilled with how this coat rack has improved our entry way.
The coat rack feels solid and looks great. Its very sturdy, we sit on the bench portion to put in our shoes. It holds multiple shoes, coats, hats, bags, and houses a hanger rack.
The organization is fantastic!
The size is perfect for our small space, providing maximum storage.
Bonus: the cats enjoy lounging on it, as well.
