Did not come whole the drawers in the bottom were missing.The bottom bed split the 1st week we put it together the top railing came broke for 700 dollars I am so disappointed we waited 5 months till we moved in to our new house to Un pack and put it together. NOT WORTH THE MONEY SPENT
This was a bear to put together because the instructions lacked important details, parts were missing and the quality of the wood could have been better. I want to mention that the company are very professional and they are taking care of their products. When they know that I have some problems in fixing the bed well, they contacted me and followed up with me on a daily basis to get everything done correctly.
The bed is huge and very stable that can fit my 9 years old daughter on the second floor. The main obstacle is that it need some professionalism in the assembling and The catalog needs to be improved significantly.
It took my husband a few days to put the bed together. In the end, the bed looked really nice. Like the other reviews mentioned, it takes a while to put together. My girls love it and I would recommend.
