We bought this bed for my daughter
who is away at school and are quite happy with the purchase. This bed is high quality and a snap to assemble. When we first opened the box, we thought they only shipped the headboard as that was the only thing in the box. To our surprise all the other components were cleverly stored within the headboard. The bed went together in less than an hour and a little ratchet was also included which made assembly quite easy. A Thank You card was also included which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this bed.
This bed looks gorgeous - I used a chalk paint on all the upholstered pieces before i assembled and its beautiful. Took the paint really well (i started with the ivory coloured bed). Super sturdy. Its heavy in the package but i pulled out piece-by-piece to load into the house.
It exceeded my expectations! Less than an hour to assemble with only one person doing the work! The customer service is amazing and they have great products I recommend their products 1000% really check them out !!!!
The quality of the product for the price point is fantastic. The bed frame would enhance any room it was placed in. Easy to assemble. Highly recommend! It looks great, came separate days but was worth the wait!
The product itself isnt horrible. Its really sturdy and easy to assemble. The bed itself did have a fault though. One of the studs is a different colour to the other ones which is noticeably visible in day light. All the studs look silver and one looks black. The item which I ordered on prime arrive a week after I actually ordered it and when I tried to chase it up with customer service, the person that helped me wasnt apologetic or anything like that. Poor customer service, followed by faulty product.
