Set up in under 2 hours with only 2 of us. Very durable. We did buy extra anchors since we live in a windy area. Its been fun for the whole family. Love it!
Wow- super impressed with quality of this! Was looking for something with higher weight capacity for my teens and this fits the bill.
Customer service was top notch- my 3 boxes came on different days and they quickly reassured me that was common and checked back in to be sure I received everything.

I am a single mom and was able to assemble this with the help of my 15 year old sister. Super clear instructions. All parts included. My only problem was the stair it seems to glide of the adjuster. But not a big deal.
Purchased this in April of 2019; Assembly was as to be expected... rough but only took a couple of hours. That summer the kids played on it daily and loved it. However over the fall, two of the poles that hold the netting bent then snapped. I have been trying to get assistance from the manufacturer since. Zero help.
With the low cost, I was assuming it would be a low quality trampoline. I have been proven wrong! This trampoline is fantastic. My wife is a gymnast and our 5 girls all enjoy this product.
The icing to this cake is that when a huge wind storm came through and damaged the support poles, Heather in customer service sent replacement parts free of charge!
HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommend!
