Nice product. Just the right size for a little person like me also does not take up to much room in bedroom. I like the medium blue color. Wasnt planning on ottoman but find it comes in handy. Not hard to put together. My daughter needed a little help with sides
Pretty sturdy. Good size. This is a great/looking and comfortable chair/just what we needed for our bedroom! The instructions were NOT well written, though. We were able to figure things out on our own.
Not so bad. I wasnt a fan on pillowed ottomans. They never seemed to present well (in my opinion). When I got it, Id just figured Id just NOT attach the pillow portion to the ottoman; problem solvedwrong. Theres very strong adhesive black Velcro strips on the ottoman. No way around it, I was stuck w/the pillow. I was dreading having to deal with what I knew was going to look sloppy and how the pillow will always need to be adjusted so its not lumpy and/or just flat in areas when people used it. It hasnt been too bad though. Their is technically a storage in the ottoman, but its more for like magines or a small/thin throw blanket). I liked that the back goes all the way down to essentially be converted into like a bed (when used with the pillowed futon). In my place, its the last option b/c I have all sorts of convertible pieces that are actual bedseven my master bed looks like a daybed but it converts to a king. I thought this would be the chair everyone would fight for, but/ people tend to move the ottoman away and use it as a chair and others just use the chair. I use the ottoman and chair together (like a chaise) while reading books to my toddler, and the sleeping option has been used twice but while they said it was comfortablethe person was well over 6ft and hadnt received all the other convertible pieces (being still shipped) yet, and if youve been reading my reviewsthe grey futon was a joke and didnt count. Everyone at least agrees that its a great accent piece, but my group of people tend to marvel over it as a piece of art instead of a functional/usable piece of furniture.
Well made and packaged. Im trying to fix these stupid arms, so that they feel stable and sturdy. Having much trouble due to bolt too long. It wants to poke through the material and therefore, not fixed in place. Love it otherwise. Exact to picture and reclining feature works great. Very comfortable chair and durable material, removable for washing or dry cleaning. Perfect for that pop of color. Now to fix the arms problem?

Putting the item together was a little daunting. Arms are held by 4 bolts that screw threw the chair frame into the chair arm.First arm one bolt does not line up at allno matter how you try and arrange it, simply will not line up, three bolts went in with some effort, but after a struggle managed to tighten them down.
Second arm all bolts lined up after also some struggle, and all tightened down fine except one, although was tightened it does not go all the way down level like the other three. But Arms are secure and does not seem to have any movement or play when you tug on them.
Legs went on very easy and bolted down nicely, and placing the cushions on the back and seat is no effort
Chair seems to be comfortable and cushion has plenty of foam and fills nicely . Time will tell how well it will seat over time and how chair will last will be a wait and see thing, but appears so far.by the way it is designed should last awhile
OTTOMAN, went together very easy basically just installing legs and push cushion down on with velcro. Cushion is large and legs rest on it comfortably . Ottoman opens and has two piston type holders that keep it open, and in fact it opens almost to easy and will do so on its own at times when moved around.
But wear and use will probably settle that down.
Overall the chair and ottoman is very nice, material is nice and frame appears to be well made. Even with the arm bolt issue, I still give this chair a 5 Star rating, because it seems to be made very sturdy and strong.
I gave it 4 stars for assembly and 4 stars for price value . I would have assumed at the current price the workmanship should have been more careful about getting the holes to line up better, but again over all the chair is very Nice and comfortable .
Time will tell the longevity of this chair, will tr and update in the future to how well it performs after heavy use .
thanks great product. This chair is perfect for my size weight, even room for my small grandchild to snuggle with me. I like the ottoman adjustable back. The is soft the color is what I expected. However, I am not sure how well it will hold up with regular use. It is not as well made as higher priced furniture but it is a good value for the price. The storage in the ottoman is very useful as well as the side pockets. Overall I am pleased. My grandkids love it too!

Will I Get Any Work Done?
Looks nice and sturdy. My new home office is super cozy with this chair and ottoman. My husband and a few visitors wonder if I will get any work done.
