This product arrived on time and was really easy to assemble. It took my wife and I maybe 15 minutes to put it all together. I work long hours sitting and it supports my back well. I would recommend this product.
Even when the screws are freshly tightened, the back is not supportive. There is tremendous give in the back even when set to the most upright setting.
This chair is great, its super comfortable. I kept the arms off to give myself more room and its a perfect size. I was missing a part and they were quick to respond and send the part out for me to get it put together!
The chair was relatively easy to assemble and looks great. However it isnt really comfortable, the armrests do not adjust, and it definitely is not for people with wide hips.
really good quality although the seat is a little still but that might be resolved after using it for a month or so. The seat reclines up to 160 degrees and is really cute and fits my aesthetic perfectly!

Love it, just that where you lay your arms it hurts after a while because of the fabric.
