We knew we werent buying top of the line, but our kids love the bed anyway. The sturdiness of the slats is an issue though. Kids want to jump on beds, plain and simple. You tell them no, but they do it anyway. Literally, one good bounce within a minute of the bed being set up and we ended up with a broken slat on the top bunk.
The cry thing was that I contacted to see if theyd replace the broken slat, and they replaced the ENTIRE bed for us. I was shocked. My advice though is to add some sturdy boards in between the slats, regardless of WHs great customer service. Its just better not to have to deal with it.
Here are the slat specs if youre so inclined: 39/1/8 long. Theres 2.5 (with clearance) spacing between each slat.

The bed is beautiful. The height is perfect for my little ones.
BUT the hardware is soft, thin metal. Stripped out bolts just using the hand tool provided. Just be careful when assembling. There is no extra hardware incase something goes wrong. looks nice
My sons room has low ceilings so this was the perfect bed for him. After reading reviews I was worried about broken pieces but all were included and fine. Husband assembled in a few hours. We did add a piece of plywood under top bunk just for added support and because I did not like seeing sheet hang thru slats when tucked in. The product is okay
We purchased this bunk bed for our 3yo because we wanted a bunk bed but needed something low/profile to fit in a smaller room and not be too high for safety purposes. This bed checked all those boxes, and we are very pleased with it. All of the pieces arrived in good condition and it took about 3 hours to fully assemble and dress the bed with new mattresses, sheets, etc. Our toddler absolutely loves his bed and has transitioned well from a crib as a result. you really do get what you pay for.

The assembly was done with both my husband and I since our two boys 5 and 3 1/2 try but reverse help. It did not take long at all to assemble. My 3 1/2 year old loves it. It is tall enough to have a fort underneath and short enough that Im not too worried about the height. It is very sturdy for them! I would not suggest an adult climbing in the bed. So we bought another one for our 5 year old, since the 3 1/2 year old needed out of the convertible crib immediately. The second bed came with a defect on one of the posts. I was worried contacting stores 123
because they may be out for the holidays. They responded that day Christmas eve and even on New years eve. They kept me informed all the way through (till delivery of the new bed) and even gave me options right away. The new bed once they contacted the manufacturer was sent out right away and delivered within a week. Stores 123 exceeded my expectations for what a company would go through to replace a defective product: They responded within 24hrs, went out of their way to keep me informed even during the holiday season, and made sure I was happy with the delivery of the replacement product. The boys are so very happy with their beds. Thank you so very much Stores 123 (especially Amari). Highly recommend this bed as well as the company for its outstanding customer service. Nice looking.
After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant to buy this bunk bed. Turned out beautiful and very practical. Im very happy! Its very sturdy and just what I was looking for. My boys love it, bedtime makes them excited now. Nice finish
This bunkbed is the perfect height for my 3 year old and 1 year old. It was not much taller than our crib, and the low bottom bunk is perfect for kids transitioning from a crib to a real bed.
Very sturdy, and fairly easy to assemble. My hubby and I spend about 2.5 hours working on it. Would buy again. Only negative is that they only give you the exact amount of hardware, and a screw was defective. Luckily it was for the slats, and its a fairly standard part to replace. fits perfect in my home
Love the look, and height of this bed! Its perfect for my 3 year old to get up and down off of. I am bummed the bed came with flaws that are on the front side so they are really obvious. Its pretty aming
Perfect for the price. Easy to put together and very sturdy. We have a 4 and 2 year old we purchased this for. Have had it for a few months and have no complaints. holds a good amount of weight (the mattresses are pretty heavy) Ive even been on the top bunk with my son (he weighs 40 lbs and i weigh 135 lbs to give an estimate) The side bar on the top bunk comes up nice and high. ( we have 8 mattresses even though the suggest 6 and there is still plenty of room. I would highly recommend and so happy we purchased this! youll be content

Perfect For Toddler
