The packaging was adequate allowing frame to arrive in untainted condition. The supplied instructions were easy to follow allowing for easy assembly. The frame looks aming after assembly. However, I do think that the old saying you get what you pay for applys here. The overall construction of the bed feels cheap. If you are looking for a frame for an average size single person this frame will do. If you are a heavier person or a couple I would look elsewhere as this frame will likely buckle under the added weight or adult activity. I bought this for my teen daughter who loves the look. I am sure it will last her a few years. I see this as a temporary solution as cheap wood is used and guarantees eventual failure.

This is an impressive bed frame. Everything was carefully packed inside a zippered compartment of the headboard. The ingenious Velcro system assures perfect placement of the slats and holds them securely in place. Padding on the headboard, side rails and foot board assure that you wont get hurt, if you bump into the bed. It reminds me of the fancy beds in a luxury hotel suite. I like the nice neutral color that would enhance any decor. No bed skirt is needed. The 8 inches of clearance between the bed and floor allows for some under/the/bed storage. Everything about it seems solid and sturdy/including the plastic legs.
Sadly, despite the best intentions of the manufacturer, this bed did not arrive in the best shape. First, as each fabric/covered panel was removed from its headboard storage, I noticed stains everywhere. There was dirt, rust and some sort of ink stains in various places on the fabric. Every panel was marred in some way/almost as if the factory workers had filthy hands when they assembled or packed them. Even though the bed was double/boxed, the shippers managed to crush one corner and tear the upholstery on the top of the headboard. It was terribly disappointing.
Also, this bed is not as easy as other models to assemble. The instructions consisted of all pictures with no words. It was a challenge to figure them out. It was difficult to get the side panels to slide into place. You definitely need two people to get the slats stretched and spaced right across the large span of the bed.
One word of warning regarding size. Due to the thick padding, this bed frame takes up more space than a traditional full size frame. Fully assembled, it measured 56 x 82 inches. It holds a mattress that is 54 x 75 inches. So dont try to squeeze it into too small a space.
Had it arrived in pristine condition, I would have been delighted and proud to use this bed frame. However, with the stains and tears, I wont be able to use it.
I was looking for a bed for my guest room, something inexpensive but sleek and current. I also didnt want to spend a lot of money since I dont entertain that many guests. This bed arrived in a single box that was easy to move and not too heavy or unwieldy (I am a 5.4, 126 pound woman). The assembly was fast and fairly easy / which is saying something as I HATE reading directions.
Now for the downside: This bed looks nice but it not very sturdy. I would NEVER recommend using it in a room that is frequented more than a few times per year. Also, the fabric is light and not treated, so brushing up against it in denim will leave a mark. You can buy ScotchGuard in a can and do it yourself, relatively inexpensively. Also, one of the slats arrived split down the middle.

After almost 8 months the bed started squawking its very annoying !! We had to take it apart and re/assemble to sleep peacefully, it worked for few months but now it squawking again / re assembled in September 2018 / I think its time to look for a new bed . changing review to 3 Stars

We are very happy with the purchase, its very high quality with reasonable price !
It arrived in no time in a convenient packaging.
The assembly was a pice of cake !
The bed is very nice. I love the look and it was simple construction. My issue is with quality control. I had to use a hammer to beat the metal clasp on the side rail in place. It was severely bent, despite being packaged very well. (It wouldnt hook on properly being bent) I also had to tape several of the wooden slates, because they were damaged and had loose chipped wood on them and I didnt want to damage my new memory fo mattress. I tried to call customer service, but a voicemail came on. I left a message with my info, but no one called me back. So overall , the bed is very nice and priced well. It looks just like the image. My complaint is with quality control and customer service.
The bed comes exactly as depicted in the photo and product description. Simple design and looks great. However, mine came with a faulty piece that runs down the center and keeps the bed and wooden slats from breaking in half. I tried to fix myself until it finally broke completely after 2 months of use and I was unable to keep my mattress on top because the wooden slats looked like they were going to snap. I called to have the piece replaced and explained that I had my mattress on the floor so I needed it ASAP. The rep told me it would take 3/5 business days. I am now on business day 7 and it wont arrive until tomorrow (8 business days total). I thought given the circumstance they would at least expedite the delivery.
Nice bed, but i wish i would have spent the extra for more quality.
Its a very nice looking bed! I had one piece of thread coming loose on the headboard but I will contact the company to let them know. Overall, for the price a beautiful buy!

easy to assemble
Looks as pictured, easy to assemble, not very sturdy and I am just one small person on it. I would not buy again.
