Sally from customer service followed up with me about this purchase, so I reported the issues that I had. She asked if I had returned the chair and I told her that I hadn't and she offered a small refund. Great customer service!
Nice little recliner for my elderly father who is 5'2 225lbs, I put it together in 15 minutes and put it in his room. Dad loves it. He was setting in his adjustable bed most of the day, now he is up in his chair and lays down in his bed only when he gets tired. This chair is on the small side, I am 5'4 it fits me just fine.
I think this chair was built just for me! It is just what I needed for firm, but comfortable back support, easy reclining, and just the right height for managing to sit and then stand up from the chair. I have had three major surgeries in the past year,(scoliosis, hip replacement, and knee replacement). Getting into and out of a chair can be difficult. This recliner is perfect! The arms are sturdy which makes the transition a breeze! I just wish I had this chair sooner ! The chair arrived 3 days earlier than expected. The box did have a few holes in it which concerned us, but fortunately the chair was not damaged. As far as assembly, there was nothing to it! You screwed on the legs and attached the back. No tools! I wish more items we purchased were this easy! I love the material ! It is a beautiful color, and looks like it will wear well. It's a great chair for a lady or small man. I am 5' 2 155 lbs. The backrest hits my head perfectly; however my husband who is 5' 11 his head towers over the headrest. Overall I give everything a 5 !
So I live in Hawaii and its so hard to find furniture that will ship here and when I found this I KNEW I had to have it! Im a small person so this was just right for me. Putting it together was like a puzzle. No screws no hassle! I love it and shes comfy!
I wanted a chair to fit in a small space that I could read comfortably in, and this is it. I LOVE the blue color, it works so well with my decor. It was super easy to assemble, I did it myself in minutes without my husbands assistance, which is a rare occurrence! The arms are slightly dented, due to packing, which is why I didnt give five stars.
Packed well, looks good and was easy to assemble. Hint for the leg direction ( look at the photo on ) the mechanics are good and they give you all the tools you need. The chair seat and back are a bit over stuffed so when you sit in it it's awkward at first. You feel like an astronaut getting ready to lift off lol. Since then the bulky feeling has settled and its more comfortable. Warning for taller buyers, this chair is made for users who are not talker than 5' 4' to 5' 8', any taller and your legs/feet will hang off the foot rest when fully open. Its a decent chair for the price but lacks a sinking luxurious fit.
I wouldnt want these pushback recliners as my everyday comfy recliners because the seat cushions are a bit firm (at least for now) and the recliner is a little hard to push down with my calves. As guest chairs added to our living room though, these are very pretty and will work fine for company. They look great and the price for 2 was fantastic. I looked at a similar chair in a furniture chain and it was almost $900 for one. I got two for $640 and couldnt be happier.

nice but on the small side
It's smallish but a comfy buy. It has very good lumbar support. It did not have a massage feature. I was under the impression it did.
