This platform bed is one solid piece of thats easy to clean (and clean under). Its fairly simple to put together by yourself, but it definitely pays to have a second set of hands around to hold it together while assembling it. My two complaints are 1) the drawers themselves arent made from the same wood as the frame and will probably fall apart long before the rest of the bed and 2) the drawers are on the smallish side. I wasnt able to store comforters or thick pillows in drawers, but I suppose you could store sheet sets in them. Overall, Im happy with my purchase.
Easy to put together. My niece and I put it together in about 1 hr. for the price the quality was surprisingly very good . I love it I recommend a power drill with screw driver bit or power screw driver to put together. and a handy niece
Very happy with this purchase! The quality and finish of the product is excellent considering the very reasonable price. Constructing the bed took about an hour, but I dawdled and took my time. The only tiny issues were that the instructions did not give enough detail about how to install the slats, and some of the pre/drilled screw holes in the slats did not line up to the holes in the frame / but some quick work with a drill made that problem go away. A credit to for shipping support: the shipper dinged my wall while delivering the product, and my apartment management charged me 50 to repair it. When I told about it, they credited 50 to my account. Well done, ians. Great customer service!
The bed is absolutely wonderful. The delivery people put it together expertly. The price is unbeatable. Delivery was delayed several times but now that I have the piece all is good. Highly recommend. Its pretty aming

Comparing Pennsylvania Dutch manufactured beds with these beds from Indonesia, (and I have both,) it I hard to beat the price of the Indonesian brand from Modus, however, from a construction and materials point of view I like the feel and quality of the Penn, D. beds more. I also bought the Dresser and the Night stands, and they too were of high quality.
Highly recommended.
The only thing I could do to add to it is some plywood or so to the bottom, but Im just afraid to break the planks when Im flipping my beds sides as you should every 2 months
Looks great, assembled easy, solid construction. I feared the side wooden ring would cause some bumps, but so far no issues. We were looking for a low platform bed and this fits the bill. Like many of other beds it uses a center wooden rail to stabilize. I really hate those since they can go out of place and cause back pains, but pretty much all the beds are constructed this way unless you get the one with storage underneath, but those would typically be a lot higher. So I plan to insert a metal bed base if the center sags after some time. youll be content
