First of all, the delivery. I saw the truck pull up. Messages from alerting me that the driver was there. Pretty awesome. The drivers were very friendly and very careful with the package. Later on, I saw the photo they posted of the box in front of the door, etc. The box, sturdy and very excellent shape. The inside wrapping, excellent. The shipping part: excellent. Now, the product...I cannot believe how fantastic this couch is. Very very well made. I think its very comfortable...opposite of some of the reviews here. It is FIRM. Like the bed that I also purchased from . I really love their products. I bought the couch in and its exactly how it is described. The EASIEST set up of a couch EVER. NO TOOLS! DO YOU HEAR THIS??? NO TOOLS!!! So, you put this together and its solid!!!! This is truly unbelievable isnt it? I dont have time to build stuff! I cannot afford to buy a couch from the big department stores...this love seat is affordable, well made and sturdy. I give this a big thumbs up. Buy with confidence!
Easy to assemble and was put together in under a half an hour. Nice budget couch. Somewhat firm and good for small apartments. Fits nice in my small space and comfortably fits 3 adults. Its also a little bit darker then the product photos, which is exactly what I was hoping for after reading the reviews prior to purchasing. Comfortable and practical for small spaces
