I am giving these bar stools 4 stars. They are easy to assemble and are comfortable and look nice, however the photos make the seats look black when in fact they are dark brown. Also, the minimum height seems a bit high and when you extend them all the way up they are ridiculously high!
I chose this bar stool because it fits my decoration style. I previously placed an order in white but was cancelled by the seller. Because the style was finally selected in black, I bought 4 chairs and installed it for 1-2 hours. It is fashionable. Its sturdy but its clothes are fragile but not wear-resistant. The wooden board on the back is easy to get scars, and later I saw the same style in the furniture store and its even cheaper than here.
These chairs look great and were pretty easy to assemble (just pay attention to the type of screws and where they go for aesthetics). My only complaint is that the faux leather is very smooth so if youre wearing something smooth you can slide around or off :-). The curved sides are good but Im a bit on the larger side so had to get used to those cradling the hips, making it a bit more difficult find the comfortable spot. But overall am very happy, and as I said, they look great!
Upholstery is brown not black as stated. Base Is black. Wood is gorgeous on the chair but the brown mottled faux leather upholstery fails to look mid century modern. I returned the first one I received after speaking to an representative who helped me double check the description and make sure I didnt mis read it. Ordered again in hopes that I received the wrong one the first time. Sadly the second one is also brown material. Photo shows the brown leather against a black door. Will have to return as product is not as stated or shown.
Great quality, comfortable and looks amazing!! We had our basement finished with a high bar and these chairs are perfect! Classy looking, definitely worth the money!

Great chairs! Some of the predrilled holes are a bit off but totally manageable. Easy to assemble, light smell
