The umbrella is good for the price, the light switch is loose and is not very firm. I ordered the umbrella with the base and the base was not delivered but once I put an inquiry they responded promptly and shipped the base. Great customer service
The center support bowed immediately; center brass screw insert/pole connection points not wide enough to support umbrella post, not base pole on either side. Center posts should have been stronger. Tipped over heavy cast iron table twice whether umbrella opened or closed. When umbrella is closed, then reopened is a struggle to reinsert splines into fabric pockets. Fabric very heavy. I have owned many market umbrella, center supports on this are very weak. Not balanced or strong enough for the tiered umbrella fabric or width. dangerous to anyone seated at table or standing nearby. Dropping off to warehouse.

A tiny nit: I cant roll or push mine up far enough to put the locking pin in. But it doesnt seem to need it. Maybe when fabric stretches more. Still for the $ best one I could find and I looked all over.
I live where it is really windy sometimes, and this 3-tier umbrella has been working out great. So far, it hasn't come close to tipping, though I do put it down when it's super windy if I can. It seems very sturdy, it's nice and large, the color is good and accurate to the photos, and the opening/closing and tilting mechanisms work very well. Overall, It's a great umbrella for the price compared to what a lot of them cost out there.
This is a sturdy, well made umbrella. I love the crank it open and put in the plug versus push it up, hold and put in the peg. The fabric is nice and its shades the area very well.

Over priced for the quality
It is not sturdy, had to purchase an expensive base and still its not sturdy, fabric is not good quality.
