Compared to other tables that I have seen, this table is sturdy and strong, in addition to being fun and easy to assemble. Also, the color is a great match to the other items in the room. I ordered this for my home office, primarily to have some place to put my printer. It coordinates with a desk also purchased on .
I assembled this by myself in about 30 minutes. The only tricky part was putting the bottom shelf on, since you are assembling this upside down. I just turned it up on the side and was easily able to attach the shelf. The instructions clearly advise you to not tighten down the screws until assembly is complete. This way, youll have some give in things lining up.
Once assembled, the piece is very solid. The top is MDF (not real wood) but I think it would be easy enough to replace with real wood if someone chose to do so. This item is good! Satisfied.
