Some damage but not worth sending back or getting them to send a new part. I am upset there were so many little dings and stuff. Very cute, looks just like the pictures.
Wow!It works for us since we do not expect it lasts for more than two years. Assembling is not too hard but you will need professional tools to help. Lots of nails and some of the holes and screws do not line up well. Many cracks in paint. It wobbles when you climb up but I hope it will stand up. Overall you got what you paid for.
I had to do several modifications to make the pieces align properly. Some damages to the corners of the pieces. Perhaps due to packaging and shipping. Definitely not worth returning the item since the turn around is several weeks. Worth half the price. It does look nice once built and my daughter is enjoying it. Thats what matters most.its a great product!
Overall I am pretty impressed! I read some of the other reviews and was a little worried after I purchased it (as far as quality goes). As we were unpacking it, my worries went away. The quality of materials is good and we didnt find any imperfections or damages. I give a 4 star only because the entrance to the top bunk is larger than I anticipated and I wish it were smaller (more so for peace of mamas mind). The mattress shown is 10in so we are going to add some extra railings ourselves since it calls for 6in mattress. Style and purpose
Put everything together just fine however the slats for the bed are too small and barely go across the frame. Will need to get something more secure to hold the mattress in place. Its not bad its just not great.
Update: The manufacturer sent me hardware and I was able to assemble the bed. It is very sturdy and I assembled it by myself. The instructions were easy to follow. After an original poor experience the manufacturer made a very happy little boy with an awesome new bed.
This bed was delivered in 2 separate boxes with no hardware. I contacted the manufacturer and was told to contact as they could not help me. I contacted and they were kind enough to send another bed.with no hardware again. I now have two beds and I cant put either one together. I went to multiple hardware stores to try and purchase the hardware but the sizes and items needed are not readily available. My poor son is sooo disappointed. Do not buy! Comfortable and high quality!
Cutest most awesome bed wish they came in king size lol! Took about two hours to put together with just me alone but very easy and looks great! Kiddo loves ALL GOOD!
Very solid. Metal construction. Made for easy assembly except for one hole that wasnt drilled out perfectly took some work and a drill to open up. So far meets my expectations

Kids love this bed added star lights around it, bed wasnt to bad to put together Just as pictured very happy with my purchase.

Sucks to assemble
It was horrible to assemble by myself took 7 hours Decent for the price
