The X frame of medium stool is easy to assemble, that it only needs drilled 6 screws. It maybe take ten mins to finish the ottoman. I am pleasant that the ottoman stool frames are all solid wood without odor smell. The fabric of ottoman is thick and the color is match my sofa. Only I dislike the bottom feet use the plastic pin which is prevent the stool feet scratch the wood floor, but to me is not very good because the stool easy slip on the surface floor. This one was perfect

Someone else was having problems getting the color they wanted. There may have been a glitch at one time, but its probably fixed because I got what I was expecting / ivory.
The upholstery is a durable basket weave pattern, works with a variety of motifs such as natural, mid century, modern, etc.
Its a minimalist design with a few subtle flourishes such as the thick cording.
The wood is slightly lighter than shown, but pretty close. The wood is solid, sturdy, well built.
I was concerned it would be a bit short to use as a chair/stool, but its actually a perfect height. It can also be used as an ottoman or foot stool. Were using for a vanity stool, but its incredibly versatile, can be used just about anywhere.

This ottoman bench is so stylish and a cinch to put together. The padding for the seat is a thick cushion covered in a high/quality textile thats really comfortable to sit on. Its also nice as a foot ottoman, and can even act as an extra side table with a tray on top. Ill be using this in our entryway as a bench, but I almost put it in our guest room for a little seating area. Very versatile, nice quality and easy to build. Cute and good quality
BUT ORDERED A GOOD AS NEW BLUE STOOL. RECEIVED A GREY STOOL. WILL MAKE IT WORK, BUT YOUD THINK AN ITEM THAT WAS LOOKED AT AND FOUND GOOD AS NEW, WOULD ALSO BE CORRECTLY MARKED AS BEING GREY, BUT IT WAS IN BOX THAT SAID IT WAS BLUE. OTHERS ALSO HAS WRONG COLOR SENT.

After returning my first order, I decided to try ordering gray in hopes of receiving cream. And it worked! My second order of two gray ottomans arrived today and theyre both cream colored. Maybe will change this but for now, know that the color you order is not the color you will receive! Well done, great delivery
If you like the looks of this ottoman/stool, youll like the thing itself. Its well/crafted for the price. The board that provides the foundation of the seat and the attachment points for the legs is plywood, not MDF or pressboard. The legs are solid wood and the cross piece that firms the legs up has mortise/and/tenon connections to the X/shaped legs. Finally, the fabric and piping strike me as good quality upholstery material.
I got this thinking it would match furniture in a vacation cottage we own. My wife doesnt think the color works. Im color/blind, so I wont argue it, but we both agree that this is a surprisingly well/made piece.

Seems sturdy enough and easy to put together. But ordered indigo and got what looks to be gray. Either that or the indigo color shown on the site is grossly misleading. Kept is at it meets the need and the gray color works okay.yet.
I should have paid more attention to the prior comments. I ordered grey (higher price), received a box marked grey, but inside was the ivory (lower price). Because this problem is still occurring, there obviously is an issue at the factory in China. You can return for an exchange, but again there is no guarantee you will get the color you ordered. The only other online option is a refund. If this happens to you, I would recommend contacting Customer Service. They were very understanding and were able to offer an alternative and satisfactory solution.
