The sofa came a day late, but I received it early Sunday morning. The delivery personnel were nice enough to drop the sofa box in in my living room.
Assembly very very minimal and easy, but it took me a while to find the 5 foot stands for the sofa. On the ottoman that came the sofa I could find a red tag to identify that it was underneath the ottomans zipper/cover but I could not easily find the assembly foot stands for the sofa. I had to jiggle the sofa a bit and the sound made me realized it was inside of it. I could not find a red tag or a way to identify that it was in there. It would be beneficial if the footstands for both the ottoman and the sofa were placed in one location for removal and assembly, but apart from this small thing I did not find any other issues.
The sofa is comfortable for those who expect a medium-firm seat cushion and backrest cushions. The cushions are very thick. I was able to buy the Beige colored sofa for a much lesser price as compared to the other two colors.
Ill probably update my review through my months of usage to see how long it lasts and also with the color that I bought how hard it would be to clean/maintain.
Quality of the bottom fabric is poor. The bottom of the sofa was a very thin poor quality fabric. There was a zipper to access the package of legs to be installed onto the sofa. Fabric was torn in a number of places around the zipper. This one was not terrible but had to return the matching chair as it was ripped the full length of the zipper. Feel this was poor quality and packaging althought the top of the sofa is wonderful, soft and seems well made.
This is a really good looking couch, and well built, but the cushions are very firm. Theyre pretty high quality, so if you like firm go for it, but mine is going up for sale soon.
Customer support from this company was exceptional. I bought 2 of these couches about a month ago. They are well-sized for a big room and seem to be quite sturdy (my crazy kiddos like to use them as trampolines when Im not looking). Style-wise, good clean lines and the navy blue looks nice. Drawbacks - the arms of the couch arent super comfortable (need throw pillows) and the back cushions need to be fluffed and reshaped after sitting for any length of time. For reference, back cushions are removable, bottoms are not. Ive also seen cheaper couches, but I needed living room seating quickly and these fit the bill.
Overall, would purchase again.
The customer service is amazing and they have great products I recommend their products 1000% really check them out !!!! I have this in my Living Room. It makes a great seat, footrest, and coffee table when you use a tray.

Sturdy, comfortable chair
It looks great, came separate days but was worth the wait! The seat in this chair is on the deeper side which is very nice for tall people.
