As expected. Great bunk bed, however, if you are getting it for a child just remember the stairs are and I recommend to protect the steps because it does hurt. Otherwise, it is a great bunk bed.
I was extremely disappointed that just about every single piece had a scratch or some unremovable marking on it. I purchased one for my son, which was the color grey and there wasnt a single blemish on any of the pieces. With my daughters being white, YOU SEE EVERYTHING!!!
I am using it for my daughters bedroom so she has her own privacy to complete school work. Great storage option.
Bed came damaged and without paper installation instructions. Fortunately I was able to find copies online. Some areas of the gram pieces had dents and scratches once assembled the bed is wobbly. Feels cheap and not sturdy.
Bought this bed in Nov 2019; however, it wasnt assembled until early 2020. Its less than a year old and the safety rail on the top bunk is broken. The whole bed is kind of wobbly but the safety rail is basically just falling apart.
Definitely worth it.I would have liked a ladder on both ends as it limits placement in smaller rooms. My son is happy with the bed and likes the desk below. He has two monitors and a 3D printer on the desk so more desk space than expected.
For a temporary bed its okay not as sturdy as one would assume. You do have to becareful when placing the plastic pieces onto the support bars as you can easily pinch your fingers or hands would not recommend the warranty plan Not as easy as people say.
Its not very stable. Loud so its uncomfortable to sleep. The space saving is great! I feel there should be support in the center of the long shelf. Just what I needed.
Good one. I was hesitant on this purchase but I got it anyway and surprisingly Im not completely disappointed. I will say the biggest complaints that my daughters and I have is the ladder. They are round not flat and kill your feet so we are trying to think of ways to make it more comfortable for her. Probably wouldnt bother a younger child but for my teen who sleeps on the top bunk she dreads climbing up. Secondly, the support beams/slats whatever you want to call them are cheap and bend easily. For added protection I purchased a bunkie board because she was afraid that she was going to fall through and hurt her sister. That has helped but of course created another problem it raised the mattress up higher.
Update (7/31/20)
My teens love it!! Its sturdy, no squeaks and it doesnt shake!! Of course the ladder is still a big problem so she climbs up wearing her slippers that have a nice sole until we can come up with a solution that isnt tacky. Even though the mattress on the top was larger than recommended and was raised with the additional bunkie board she has not fallen off and has no fear of falling either which is a blessing. Obviously, if she was younger I wouldve bought a smaller mattress.

Received Wrong color and 2 parts missing. other than that it is relatively sturdy and doesnt Squeak When turning at night. Good find!!

read the instructions carefully !!!! take ur time make sure all the parts are there
Looked exactly like the picture, color is pretty, my kids love it easy to assemble. small amount of paint was chipped off. A struggle.
