The table we ordered arrived and the box was heavily damaged in transit. The top of the table had a gouge in it and needed replacing. I would not have cared if it was in an unseen area, but it was the top of the table. I sent a message on the evening it was received and had multiple exchanges with the seller to discuss the issue. All was settled and a replacement was shipped the very next day, received within 5 business days. Cant ask for better customer service. The table is sturdy and looks great! Only had a small issue lining up 1 or 2 holes but was able to get it done. Very happy we went with this table.
Bought this to organize the messy shoes at the entrance specially during winter time and keep the leash for the dog at easy access. Was easy to put together, its sturdy and looks nice.
The product was exactly what we were looking for, and Im really happy I made the purchase. Unfortunately some of the items came damaged from the shipping company and after contacting the seller they worked with me quickly and efficiently to replace those pieces that had been broken and damaged. All in all, a great company and a great product and I would gladly buy from them again!
Love this table. Perfect size. Fairly easy to assemble, just have to be patient and follow directions. Shipping did take over 2 weeks but happy its finally arrived.
We are loving our new table so far. Its really beautiful, was exactly what we were looking for, and is very sturdy and strong. Was expecting it to be more flimsy/wobbly but its solid. A lot of assembly required, but its well worth it, especially for the price. Couldnt find anything comparable locally.
Using this under a TV and between 2 bookshelves. Better made than I expected. Well packaged, no damage. All holes line up, instructions clear, all pieces included. Very sturdy and looks great. Happy with my purchase.
