Not a five stars for me because the legs kind making a metal squeaky sound every time I sit on. Not sure if the material or the way I install the leg was too tight? Anyway, apart from that, the product is in good shape upon shipping and the material is pretty good for the price. Really comfortable but I cant say the durability yet since I just got it today. But so far so good, no damage or anything. Love it!
Arrived on time and in perfect condition. It was about 65 lbs. I was able to put on the legs and move it around easily by myself. If youre on the fence, dont hesitate. Its gorgeous and comfortable. I would buy it again.
I have back issues. This chaise has a wonderful lumbar pillow. It is super comfortable. Be smart. Buy it from directly, not from third party vendors. My chaise was in perfect condition and has s 90 day guarantee.
The size is excellent, and well designed for tall OR short! The pillows are well-placed. Lumbar support is evidenced by natural curve that aligns with the whole body. The white is really white. I was worried for no reason! This chaise has the comfort of leather in thickness and feel. Its not a hospital white, and its not any off-white either. The legs are just the right size to hold up the whole thing AND they are not plastic, but metal! Solid wood with prepared holes and inserts for all hardware. Youll need a Phillips screwdriver, but Allen wrench is provided. I lucked out with this best kept, inexpensive secret!

Too small.
I am 54 and this barely works for my height. The quality is fine - its just the length and where the curve is.
