I have ordered three of these over the years and they have worked very well. I just got a new one and the only thing wrong with it is the HOLE made by the person who thought it was a great idea to put the plastic attachment for the tag through the main part of the umbrella fabric. I dont know if it then got snagged or what, but once I cut off the tag, I have an annoying hole! Since the sun shines through it, it is very obvious!
Too big, too bulky to drag it to the UPS store to return. So, I am stuck with it.
The product is as advertised and a good value. I shopped in stores and they wanted double or triple cost of what I paid and in some cases the quality was not as good as what I got.

Had it about 2 months (Feb and March) so not much use YET. Easy to open and close

It is well made, sturdy, easy to handle. This umbrella is big and beautiful. I got compliments just testing it outside.
