Works well. Love the product. I have low ceilings so it really makes the room feel a bit taller and not walking into my old dangling light fixture/fan combo.
It seems this is one of the few affordable black coloured ceiling fans out there, and its better looking up close than in pictures. Installation was simple and straightforward taking about 30 minutes from mounting to light globe install. No noticeable wobble so we didnt use the included balance weights. Many wobble conditions in ceiling fan installs is due to poor fixture receptacle mounting, IMHO. Well see if, as in some other apparent cases, the light bulb annihilates itself, but I doubt it. The 8.5 watt 800 lumen bulb casts a good amount of light. Air flow is about what would be expected from this 52 ceiling hugger. It wont take a pot/dimmer for the light, hence the hum from the motor.
All in all, a very nice fan particularly for the price.
I bought this for my kids bedroom and it showed up as expected. Install was straight forward, it came with extra screws and washers which is nice incase one is missing or you drop one.
Pros:
-Extra hardware.
-Didnt have to add any eight to balance, its fine out of the box.
-Comes with everything you need to out it up.
Cons:
-The light color side of the fan blades, that we wanted had a ripple in the faux wood veneer so we had to use the dark side.
-it dosent take a regular light bulb, its like a mini bulb
-the light only takes the one bulb and isnt the brightest.
Over all, cant complain at the price. I just hope it stays quiet as others said they have gotten loud.

Works great, was fairly easy to put up but do recommend two people. Is very quiet. Love it.
