Super comfortable and great looking. Very pleased with this purchase. I especially love that its not the typical black or leather. Makes my office space attractive and feminine.
This chair is pretty much everything i wanted. it looks nice in my office, lots of support, the seat is big and has great cushioning. I work from home and have spent a few long days in it and no complaint. The only thing is the seat tilts slightly forward. I cant figure out if its designed that way or it was put together wrong. Its only slight, but enough for me to notice. Still super comfy, just wish it was straight. I love that the arms go up and down and how soft the material is. Overall Im pretty happy!
The chair is very nice and comfortable however, the mechanism that raises and lowers the chair doesnt work and will not raise so I can be at a comfortable height to work. I contacted the seller and they responded right away and resolved my issue.
This chair came packaged really well and the instructions(inside one of the cushions) were pretty easy/intuitive to follow, the materials of the chair feel well made/high quality, I did think the metal pieces would be real metal but theyre plastic, however, still well made. Unfortunately one of the arms of my chair came with a defective plastic/metal arm piece plate from manufacturing. The padding on the chair and arm/rests is really nice, very filled, it definitely wont flatten out and feels supportive and comfortable, not mushy, the fabric also feels durable and easy to clean, its like a strong velvet microfiber/the grey is really nice. For how I like to sit on a chair, I find the backrest to be leaning back a little too much, event at the most straight position, definitely will need to get a back cushion when working long/hours on this, but other than that its very comfortable, I also like that you can swing back the armrests. I did reach out to the seller about the issues with my chair and they were very reasonable with their solution/accommodation, they definitely care about their customers/products!
I read one review complaining about the foam being too stiff, but, look, its not memory foam and yes, new foam will be stiff at first. Over time, it will soften. What matters more now is that its got a nice shape to the back, the seat is adjustable, locks into place after you adjust it, and the arm rests dont come down to connect near the front of the chair (meaning, I can sit comfortably with my legs crossed).
Very happy so far. Good chair for the money.
