FedEx said theyd delivered my bed frame but they must have delivered it to the wrong house because no delivery attempt was ever made to my house. I now had a brand new king mattress but no bed frame for it. FedEx was not helpful at all but luckily the seller got a replacement bed frame shipped out to me with expedited shipping at no additional cost. My bed frame arrived 3 days later and I couldnt be happier. It was pretty easy to assemble and seems very sturdy. And I love the style and fabric used in the headboard. Im so happy with my purchase and extremely impressed with s customer service. They were quick to respond and offered a prompt resolution to FedExs miatake. I absolutely love my new bed frame. Overall, great value for the price.
It was easy to put together / took 2 adults about 30 minutes total. It feels sturdy and strong. Looks like the photos. Good purchase. This product was just what I needed
Took about an hour to put together solo so not bad. Looks good and all the parts fit though I wasissing some washers. Looks good and feels stable though havent done anything on it to test it. All in all I like it and it looks good. Good Quality for Cost
I think it was worth the price, we bought for a rental property. With previous properties we have bought zinus frames that just seemed to have a better design and were more durable. My husband and I slept on it without issue though so we will see how it holds up to our guests. It is also much lower to the ground than others and the frame is not conducive to the risers/blocks to elevate it and it would not be sturdy. Good value though and came in clean and undamaged condition,yet.
