Mirror frame was broken. Looked like someone dropped it on its side.
Mirror is very heavy and challenging to deal with.
They gave me a full refund, and thank god I didnt have to box it up and return it.
For normal returns, buyer pays for shipping which would cost more than the mirror so make sure you want it.
That said, mirror is beautiful if you have the room for it. It says on the listing you can hang this on the wall, but you cannot.
I purchased this item for a gift at Christmas time however it arrived late so I did not give it I had replaced it with another gift. Recently I sold the item on a app to another buyer I had not open the box because I wanted it to look new when I sold it to the other buyer. When the other buyer opened up The box this mirror was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. The pictures on the app does not do it justice. Had I known this mirror was so beautiful I wouldve opened it and kept it for myself instead of selling it on another app if youre thinking about purchasing this its a definite. The lady I sold it to was using it in her wedding backdrop I can only imagine how beautiful this would have been.
This mirror is literally amazing, HOWEVER its not as big as I was expecting, Ill probably order again mirror something bigger. On a positive note, the package was amazing, and its very heavy so it will take a little time putting it up.
This is a wonderful mirror. It was packaged so well and surrounded by Styrofoam to protect it. I wanted to put it over my bedroom door so all I needed to do was attach the two hooks using 4 small screws which were all included. They even put a thin film on the mirror to prevent it from being scratched.
When it first arrived, it was missing the screws to install it. Customer service was however very helpful and gave me multiple options. Ultimately they shipped the hanging hardware separately which worked out great. There is a couple of adhesive velcro pads that ensure it stays in place when the door moves. Love the way it looks!
