Not as easy as people say. Dear seller,
I dont like how difficult it isnto push the bottom bunk in. It gets stuck on the wood to the side and in cannot get it in and out. Is there an alternative to this or can I receive a partial credit and just return the bottom part? I already paid a contractor to build the entire bed. Please advice how we can resolve this situation.

Looks nice and sturdy. I ended up ordering a second one after seeing how well this bed worked out for my two teenage boys. We love these beds! After a complete failure with a new bed, I had to accept that weve outgrown the cheap furniture and it was time to invest in something that could handle adult weight with kid activity. I love the storage stairway option since we have very limited space, and the kids dont like climbing ladders now that theyre older. This bed is comfortable, sturdy, airy, and the fresh wood smell that lingers for months afterwards is a major plus! I opted not to use the trundles (I needed the slats for extra reinforcement of the upper bunks), so we also have about 12 of space underneath, allowing us to store a lot of stuff and access it easily. Putting the beds together was hard work and frustrating at times, but well worth the effort.
easy assemble, exactly as expected, space saver. So far this gets 5 stars. Bought this Wednesday and got it today. Didnt expect it to come in so many boxes o think there are 6. Cant wait to put it together. I know this bed will be great for me and my girls.

Looks solid, easy to assemble. This is absolutely beautiful. Really solid quality /not plasterboard or any cheap material. It came in 6 huge heavy boxes. It took all day to build, and it was just massive. We did the measurements before ordering of course, but the true scale of the it once build is really massive /but we just love it! Its perfect for houseguests and my growing kids. With a 3rd on the way, I have my older 2 sharing and they couldnt be happier! Be prepared for an all day sorting/building/planning session /I do mean all day. But once it is built, it is aming. Ive read the reviews about the stairs, but I dont really find that to be true of ours. Its a separate unit, yes but its very connected and doesnt move. Our kids love this bed!
Good quality. This is a great product! Very sturdy, all the pre/drilled holes were right on, and the instructions were very clear. I have worked as a mechanic most of my life and it took me 6 hours to assemble.
Great! This bunk bed is a beast! All true wood, easy directions with appropriately marked parts, and super sturdy. It took us two days to put together / day one we got both of the bunks stacked, and day two was the staircase with the drawers.
This bunk is incredibly heavy so I would recommend assembly in its final resting place. It was a bit hard to attach the staircase since it was up against the wall. I also recommend screwing in all the slats as per directions because they WILL move with the mattress.
It feels that the bunks have extra room from the standard mattresses. The bottom full mattress has extra room and the top twin looks like it could take the Twin LX mattress.
Our bunk came with a trundle but we did not put that together since we dont need it, so I cant speak to that portion of the bunk bed.
Overall, absolutely worth the money in terms of value. We will just have to wait and see if the staircase/drawers were really worth the extra hassle. Today our two toddlers store their treasure toys in the drawers and have no problem going up and down. Added bonus is that each step has an anti slip strip already attached.

Great bed, sturdy, but had broken pieces.
Great price and somewhat durable. Love the bed but had to fix some broken parts. I work with wood so no big deal for me. Others may have been upset.
