This is a very good daybed frame if you aren't a rich person. I was looking for daybeds on other websites but I simply couldn't afford them. This daybed is perfect because it adds just a modicum of elegance and class because of the wood panels. The problem is my bedroom is so small so you can't even see the wood because it is touching the wall on both ends. So when guests have come over I've had to point out the wood to them so they don't think I bought the cheapest possible daybed because they know I am poor.
This is a very nice bed with trundle! Awesome price for solid wood product! Once it's put together, you won't want to move, it's so heavy and sturdy! Im having to get something to between the wheels and carpet to make it easier to pull out, but it really is a lovely bed, and makes the whole room feel so much bigger!
This is a very sturdy bed, I already had 2 mattress’s that were 11 inches thick and longer than the frame. I took the upper bed rails to a weld shop and added 6 1/2 inches, then added 5 1/2 inches to the head and foot, I have hardwood floors and replaced the wheels with 2inch bun feet on the lower bed frame. Nothing shakes, rattles or bounces when someone gets on the bed. We love it.
This is actually very sturdy and easier than most said to put together . I did it alone in about 40 mins , NO PROBLEM at all. All pieces were there and extras , also I think the best way to put together would be lay ALL pieces out A thru K in order . Then you know what each piece is when you see Letters bc they are NOT labeled in letters . Then you literally match number to number once it tells you what letter goes where. If you truly pay attention to the pics its simple. Also the ratchet tool is genius! Use that and every piece screws easily . I love it ! Super sturdy !
This is an awesome product. It was honestly better quality than I thought it would be. It was decently easy to put together, too. Took us a little longer than it probably should have, but we were working on it with a screaming, gassy newborn. Can’t blame that on the product. I would definitely recommend a 6” mattress for the trundle. We got an 8” and it’s a tight fit. We are still happy with it, though! We can still fit it underneath, we just can’t keep the comforter on it when it’s stored away. All in all, I definitely recommend this bed. You’re getting great quality for a really great price.
This is great for us. Grandchildren were getting too big to sleep comfortably together in a double size bed. Ages 6 & 9. I searched hard for a pop up trundle because I wanted to also use it for guest couples. King size sheet fits perfectly. So double duty for my needs! Only difficulty is sometimes the trundle makes popping sounds and we are making something to hold the bed frames together when used as a king as they slide on wood floor.Although other daybeds are prettier with railings, I did not think it would be easy for adult guests to climb in & out when made into king bed. So I opted for plain and just use pillow to dress it up as a daybed when not in use.

Pop Up Trundle works great!
