The chair is very comfortable and very cost-effective! The workmanship is very good and the weight is very solid. The cushion has a high resilience and has enough thickness to absolutely make you feel less rigid. Sit up without leaning forward. The design of the armrest is very strong, quite user-friendly and very supportive.
I had a hard time lining up the screws with the holes for each piece. I believe the holes werent aligned properly with the pieces. The wheels do go in, you have to push really hard until they snap in. The reviews that say that they fall off arent pushing them in. As long as you have someone with a strong hand nearby to do so, theyll go in. This chair is fairly comfortable and offers some support, and it does swivel around and is easy to move with the wheels.
Ive been using this for 2 40-hour work weeks, so far. It took a few days to break in, since it starts off so stiff. I mostly bought it for its appearance and price. Only thing I wish it had were higher arm rests. Theyre so low, I cant use them unless I slouch. Overall, great cushioned swivel!

My office ordered this for me to work from home. Its a little narrow but its comfortable. Im 53 and the arm rests are totally useless. There is no comfortable way to rest your arms and Im not quite sure why they are there except for maybe aesthetics but they actually get in the way. Overall its a good chair for the price and itll do for now.

Cute but not real comfy
Looks cute goes great with the room, but super uncomfortable to sit in for more than an hour. Do not purchase is you are full time WFH.
