I had a question about my order and sent an email to the Seller. The Seller responded within 30 minutes and provided tracking numbers and approx delivery date for each box. All three boxes were delivered before their expected delivery dates. The boxes were easy to move through a narrow doorway, around tight corners and down stairs. The couch was super easy to assemble and it is very comfortable. Im small, approx 5 feet, and when I lean back my head just hits the top of the couch. It may not be the best choice for a taller person who wants to lean back since they would have no head support. It looks great in my small space and Im very happy. Good and inexpensive
The couch arrived ahead of schedule and all 3 boxes arrived together. Easy to assemble. No tools required. Its really simple to reconfigure the couch how you prefer. More comfortable than I anticipated. Also, great customer service from the company. They genuine desire to see happy customers. Just as pictured very happy with my purchase.
