Instructions are horrible. We waited so much time putting this bed together. You ONLY need 16 of the P screws. They do not , repeat do not go on the side legs. Once we figured that out the bed was very easy to assemble and looks great! Would recommend this bed but would also recommend that the manufacturers redo the instructions!!!
I bought this with a bed in a box matress thinking that I would need extra slats or something. Boy was I wrong. this thing is more sturdy than I thought it would be. No extra slats needed for my mattress anyway. 200 plus pounds on the bed it doesnt make a sound.
Pros: 1. Sturdy bed 2. Dark wood color is nice. 3. Value for the money.
Cons: 1. Instruction manual is very bad! You will waste some time putting this together, when you figure out the p caps dont belong on the side legs (hint hint). 2. It had some scratches on the one side of the frame so it didnt feel completely new.

The bed looks great, except its not stable AT ALL.
Weve assembled correctly, followed all the steps and took all the care needed.
My husband and I are both between 150-175lb each, we dont have kids jumping on our bed, nor do we play 50shades everyday on top of it. It does matter what we do, the bed doesnt stay fully set / stable for more than a few days.
If you can, I would highly recommend using glue with your screws and see if that helps.

Was fairly easy to assemble, instructions could have been better. Value for the money is very good!
