    Love this bedframe

Love all the storage. It takes a little while to put together (I did it alone, 51 yr old female) but its a very sturdy bed and will be for years to come. Love it.

    Beautiful

Beautiful bed with a ton of storage once it is all together, but assembly took a full day with 2 people. Save some money and buy this.

Assmebly took a while, but well worth it

This bed frame is aming. I used to own a waterbed with a big storage frame similar to this but a little taller. However, in my move I opted not to bring the waterbed with me. Im happy with my new mattress, but I though I was going to have a hard time finding a bed frame with a similar storage ability. Then four boxes from Bril got delivered by UPS. Pros: Aming storage capability The slide/out end tables are a great space saver if this were to go into a smaller room. I put it in a 12 x 15 room with the width of the bed in the shorter dimension and there is still plenty of space to move along the edges of the frame. It seems very sturdy. Being an American couple, my girl friend and I combined weigh about 500 lbs and it seems very sturdy. The pictorial instructions are well done Almost all screw holes are pre/drilled, with a few exceptions Plenty of extra hardware just in case Cons: This isnt (though some might see that as a good thing). Assembly took about 8 hours with one person (though two people are recommended). Its also takes up a lot of space during construction, so keep that in mind. No instructions on how to level the large storage doors. However, if you adjust the screw toward the edge of the frame it will lower (counter/clockwise) or raise (clockwise) the door. The end tables dont feel like they could hold very much and are somewhat shorter than I expected, but still very useful // just dont expect to set a weighty or large lamp on it or anything. Overall, I am very happy with this product, though Ive only slept in it one night so far. If anything changes, Ill be sure to update this review. However, given how sturdy the construction seems overall, I dont think Ill have any issues in the future. Expected.

    Really neat bed

First of all, this bed is really cool. It is for my daughter and she loves it. It was horrendous to build though, and I wish I could say I felt like it will last many years but Im really not sure. One corner of the bed has only a small leg to support it, so I didnt feel comfortable repositioning the bed without lifting it up and setting it back down (couldnt drag or push it). Also the bed has to go in a corner as one side is completely open (only one side has the need compartments.) The instructions were on par with furniture, as were the holes that were not always in the right place or just not drilled at all. Im still happy we purchased it, Im sure my daughter will enjoy her new bed and Im glad the building process is behind me. Assembling.

Beautiful pain in the butt with tons of storage

Once finished this is a fantastic mattress frame at an awesome price.but its a MASSIVE pain in the butt! All that storage and drawers.you have to build that, so be prepared. It does NOT go together in just a few hours unless you have a Red Bull transfusion or a racing car pit crew helping you (on that note: DO NOT use power tools!!). The instructions are good but there is only drawings (no words) which leads to some confusion. If they would have just colored in the varnish side on the instructions, it would have saved me an hour of taking it apart and putting it back together when I discovered Id put a part in backwards. HOWEVER, once it is DONE and you get finished cursing at it in several languages, it is a really gorgeous bedframe with TONS of storage! Good deal and was easy to put together.

    Worth

32F / no significant carpentry knowledge. Took me about 5 hours total to assemble, I split it up over 2 days because my back was hurting after leaning over. The directions are mostly clear, though I had a few small hiccups along the way (whoops, this is supposed to be the other direction). 100 you need an electric drill for assembly, I think my hands wouldve died without it / theres so many screws. But in the end I did it all by myself. Im extremely pleased with the end result. Agree with other reviews, the piece that slides out as a side table should be longer. Also: i use my box spring and mattress now the bed is super tall. So the box spring isnt necessary, I just didnt have the space to store it nor a truck to take it away. It works, my cats jump up. I didnt get the head board and kinda wish I did because my pillows sometimes slide off in the night, but its not a deal breaker for me (lots of windows Im up against which is lovely on a Saturday morning). Ive shared this item with several friends and family members. Would absolutely recommend. Worth the time it took to construct. Easy directions.

    Not the best drawers

Basic. Drawer broke within 3 weeks the automatic close door could use some tweeking because doesnt completely shut, I have now glued but for the price, a few things that could be changed, was good sturdy wood that was used because Im not a professional I say this and the time it took to put together I was not sending it back or taking it apart.

Solid wood sturdy allow time to build

Love the storage and mid century look. No need for box spring. Helpful to have power drill and screw driver. Took 8 hours to build single person. Built on a rug for easy positioning in room. Very pleased! Bought two great value for the money, durable.
