Had a small issue, when I contacted the seller they instantly resolved it. The sofa currently sits in my living room in Arlington. Im loving it, the size perfectly fits my small apartment.
I have always wanted a Chesterfield style sofa, I think they are elegant and sophisticated looking. After a lot of research I found the sofa I was searching for. I ordered it and Im so glad I did.
The sofa arrived a full week before the scheduled delivery date and was securely packaged. Even though the box had a puncture on the side everything in the box was in beautiful condition. After unboxing and arranging the pieces it took a little over an hour to get it put together, with the assistance of my husband.
This sofa is solid and the cushions are firm, but its exactly as I expected. Chesterfields are not big deep squishy sofas but its still comfortable enough to sit and enjoy a movie and its long enough for me to stretch out and take a nap on, which I have. The cushions are one sided with velcro to hold them in place and it works very well. I have not had to adjust them at all in the 2 weeks Ive owned this sofa. And best of all, it has style. Everyone who has come over since Ive had it has commented on how pretty it is. Overall Im extremely pleased with the purchase and the service. Last night they called to ask if I was happy with my purchase and I am!
PS, I found the little ottoman on too, its a perfect match!
The sofa is sooo cute and it makes me feel so royalty. But wen I seat on it, it felt like I sat down on cardboard. The material is soft and smooth but sitting down it’s not medium plush or plush at all. It’s most definitely firm. It’s not stiff but it’s definitely cute for looks. I mean I like it. I wish it was like a medium plush and not firm but I’m happy with it.
The couch is actually outstanding. It was relatively easy to put together - would have been easier if my daughter helped. Great back support, but soft cushions.
Only negative - the box was a little banged up (couch inside was fine) and soaking wet in one corner.

Easy to assemble but cheapish feel and small. Would be good for maybe a waiting room in small office

Pretty to the eye
Pretty to the eye. However cant balance the weight properly and I wouldnt recommend it to a family with children.

My kids love it. I am so glad I brought this. It looks beautiful in my room.it was really easy to assemble. I did it within 5 minutes.
