Good quality product, the wood is solid and with a nice finish. The assembly is easy, finalized in less than two hours alone. Only downside, the wood is solid but still easily damaged. With children, the surfaces will not stay smooth for long. But, despite everything, structurally, it remains solid. Not so bad.
Aming product, backed up by outstanding customer support. When I received the bed, I figured out 2 pieces of legs that had cracks. Called the customer service and they replaced the complete bed. The bed looks sturdy although it took some time to assemble it. The instructions were clear. Kids loving it!! This item is good! Satisfied.
Purchased this for my daughters birthday and she was so happy. Very solid and relatively easy to assemble. It took us a couple of hours for my wife and I to put it together. We ordered ENDY mattresses for the bunks and they fit perfectly. Ladder is sturdy and easy for her to climb. Would definitely order this again. If fact we may order a couple more for our cabin. Great price and somewhat durable.
The bed frame actually surpassed my expectations. First, I got the bed delivered way faster than the expected date. Second, the frame wasnt that hard to install (no parts were missing and the instructions were clear). Third, I really like the circular stickers they supply to hide the bolts.
