Very happy. I purchased these a couple of months ago. They have been fantastic. The solid wood looks lovely. I purchased two beds, both arrived quickly and without damage. My boys play on them and there is no sign of paint chipping or wear. Im very impressed with the quality. I was hesitant to purchase furniture from , but Im very happy that I did.

Great value. Solid bed. Instructions found have been better in terms of how to orient the pieces before joining pieces. The box was a ripped and I was missing a tiny screw cut the metal plate. Overall I like the bed. It took me less than an hour to assemble.
Assemble. I waited to review my purchase of the Solid Wood Twin/Size Bed in grey because there was a hiccup in the delivery and, when it arrived, the foot board was broken. Most likely that happened in transit, which is unavoidable yet frustrating when youve promised a preschooler their first big kid bed and have everything else (mattress, comforter) ready to go. The reason Im able to rate the product so highly is because, even though was not able to facilitate a replacement bed due it being out of stock, the manufacturer came through and shipped just the piece FedEx overnight. They really saved the day, and I was so pleasantly surprised at walking away from a customer service experience with a feeling of relief rather than frustration. Thanks, Ethan!
As for the bed itself, assembly took about two hours total when we factored in the addition of separately purchased guard rails. The bed has a simple, classic look with clean lines and is an ideal height / low enough for a 2.5 year old to climb in but sufficiently tall to grow with her through childhood. So far we are all quite pleased and would highly recommend this product as a first big kid bed.
Effective. We ordered these bunk beds for our 7 and 9 year old daughters who share a room and we absolutely love them. They are attractive and strong. They fit perfect in the room and create extra space. I would recommend them.
