I can’t comment on the assembly because my husband did it (he said it wasn’t bad) but it’s the perfect piece for our gym. Looks more expensive than it was! Drawers slide easily. Shipped much faster than it indicated when purchased.
The color of the console brings life to the room. It was so easy to assemble I did it by myself. I love the shelves to display photos of the family. I am enjoying my new console.
This is cheap, so I didnt expect a Basset product, but I at least expected some precision. It looks good, but assembly is BRUTAL.
Now, here is the thing -- assembly is actually easy, but the pre-cut holes are done so poorly that it makes it really hard. It uses those lock-nut type fasteners and it is easy to ruin them or even rip the stud from its seating, as it sits in pressboard. The studs should sit in a threaded, countersunk receptacle for better strength and precision. This minor change would make a world of difference.
INSTALLATION ADVICE -- set the dowels up front and use real wood glue. The instructions have you wait too long. Set them early so that at least can dry in place a bit. Also, think about NOT using the guides on the bottom of the doors. The nuts on the back of the handles are too big and hit the dividers. You need to force them. Leaving off the guides would make it easier.

Wobbles
I like the look of the table but it is not sturdy, wobbles.
Nice product, just please be careful following the directions.
Table is just as shown on the website. Real wood, very solid and looks great!
The table was very easy to put together. Just screw on the legs. Drawers work well and the table is very sturdy.
Great piece!
