Go for it if you are looking for something small and cheap. Dont expect a great quality. When it arrived, it was dusty and there was little damage on the rear edge. I am fine as its on the rear towards the wall and no one can notice it. So, I didnt want to go through the hassle of returning it.
For the price its worth it. I had only one little chip in the wood but its in the back part of the stand so it isnt notice. Was expecting the legs to be metal but they were actually plastic but thats my fault for not reading the description. Stand is a little flimsy but its not that back. I purchased this for temporary use because I didnt have a tv stand. Overall its a good tv stand.
For the price this is a pretty good TV stand. It is even better for the fact that it is somewhat modular. I didnt need the height and was able to assemble it without the middle shelf to get the height I needed. And as others have said, you can easily get a second one and connect them for more height if needed.
The only cons I have to this product is
1. it has a very strong chemical smell that lasts for days after assembly.
2. The legs are just plastic, no rubber or soft material to prevent it from moving too easily on the floor.
3. The plastic used for the struts and the legs feel relatively cheap, even compared to the rest of the materials used.
Took me 20 minutes at the most to put together without the directions. Ive had it for a few months now and its holding up great. Im not sure how much weight it will hold due to the fact that I only had my 32 TV on it. Overall great product for the price. Remember you get what you pay for so dont expect real wood and metal supports.
