Three words. Cheap but efficient. This stand exceeded my expectations with how sturdy it is. The poles that support the wooden parts are made of plastic, and I was skeptical when I put it together. I have been using it to support my 43 tv for about 2 months, and I see no signs of warping or other degradation. Great product for the price.
