Ok so these chairs are stunning! They arent as light as the photos. More of a cream color, but I wanted that versus a light color so that worked out. The way they are packaged in the box is not right because half of the chairs i ordered had small tiny tears in them, but the customer service was incredible and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I love the chairs. I would say the ONLY thing is if you are a bigger person or have a bigger rear end... it might be a tight fit. I have had a few guests who could not sit on the chairs because they are a bit on the smaller side, but that is what I wanted so that I could have more space in the house.
I was looking for chair to put in my new apartment. This color was my favorite!! , did not disappoint! Assembling the chairs had slight confusion but it got done ! I wish it was more back cushions... I hope this help! Happy shopping
My wife ordered this item and found out it was not exactly the color she wanted. We attempted to return the chairs and received a return receipt. Only one of the chairs was assembled but not used at all. To my surprise the cost of returning the product exceeded $100.00, a little less of what we paid for. I do not think it is bad at all, but having a return policy so unfavorable, I strongly advice against buying this product. We ended up keeping it and will not return it for obvious reasons. We will never buy any product from this seller again.
These chairs arrived quickly, and so easy to assemble. The legs are literally labeled front and back so I dont see how anyone could mess it up. They seem pretty sturdy so far and the zippered/removable bottom cushion cover is a huge plus!
Tip: if they seem wobbly at first, make sure to check that all feet are fully screwed in at the same level as they are adjustable. That one took me a second.
These have made amazing gifts as well!
