I really like this bench with the wicker baskets. I had read reviews that said it arrived damaged but mine was packed in a box and then in a bigger box with foam all around the smaller box. There were some dents in the outer box but they did not impact the furniture. There are two negatives. One is that they do not offer replacement cushions for the top and I have cats and Im concerned that I may need to replace the top cushion. Two is that one of the wicker baskets looks like it might be starting to unravel around the handle but I plan to stick some glue on that. Overall very pleased.
