It looks really good, but it was not that easy to put together due to weight and the screw holes being difficult to line up. Plus, delivery is only curbside, and everything is heavy. This is a 2 person job.The delivery company does not schedule the delivery they just called and said they would be here between 11-3pm. The arrived at 3:20, so be prepared to waste a day.
The only thing I could do to add to it is some plywood or so to the bottom, but Im just afraid to break the planks when Im flipping my beds sides as you should every 2 months
Easy to assemble, light smell We just set up this bed last night. Heres the deal with the reviews that say the center supports dont reach the ground. Those reviewers have apparently put the bed rails on incorrectly. We made this mistake at first, because nothing in the instructions indicates which rail goes on the right and which on the left. They are not symmetrical, in that the ledge where the slats rest is not in the center of the rail, but closer to one edge than the other. If you put the rails on the wrong sides, there will be a gap of a few inches between the center supports and the floor, even after the leveling bolts are screwed all the way out. If this happens, you need to switch the rails. Then it all fits perfectly. Also, if you put the rails on the wrong way, youll notice that theres not much ledge holding your mattress in. Another clue youve done it wrong. Bottom line, gorgeous, sturdy, bed, poor assembly directions, but still not hard to set up with two people. Definitely recommend two people.

All the hardware was there and instructions were included. Slightly damaged during shipping but not bad enough to return. The biggest drawback is that it is very difficult to make. The edges of the rails are sharp and the mattress fits so snuggly that it is a little painful trying to tuck in sheets, etc.

The delivery was later than promised. When I complained to Cymax (the manufacturer) about this, they were very apologetic and explained the delivery company scheduling was out of their control. However, they provided a credit for my inconvenience. I thought this showed they have excellent customer service.
They responded to my issue very quickly. Im very happy with this bed. It is very well made and easy to put together. My wife had it nearly complete when I got home from work. It arrived in small enough boxes to get up our stairs. The plans were easy to follow. It is a very nice looking bed, and quite solidly built. It supports our memory foam mattress very well. I would recommend this bed to anyone.
