I didnt even end up opening the box before returning it. The product arrived late, but the most concerning part was reading reviews about bed bugs in 3 different years, the most recent in 2020. That tells me the brand does not care about very basic and important health measures or even fixing a major problem that would be a big pain to solve for any customer.

Its too bulky, you require 2 people to lift/move the product. And the problem that I faced was, once opened it was not possible for me to repack sent it back to due to bulkiness.
The bed was supposed to be a platform. But you wouldnt be able to use a mattress directly on the slats provided. Either you need a boxspring or add more slats to protect your mattress. And if you need your bed right away forget it!
Not bad. Product really very good for the appearance, on the other hand after 2 months incredible as it cracks everywhere!! Just sit on the mattress, the bed creaks (I weigh 170lbs) imagine the rest!!

Bed was relatively easy to assemble, the tool the gave was a life saver and the bed looks pretty good at a decent price. Overall pretty good product just the 2 issues mentioned above.
