Love the style of this sectional and its super easy to pull out the bed. The only reason why I rated it 4/5 is because the comfort level is pretty average (the spot between the seats chaise portion is uncomfortable, but otherwise average). Perfect for my space though added throw pillows make a big difference!

Look Great Reasonably Priced Started off with delayed shipping and delayed delivery. Interacted with customer service on couple of occasions but I guess it was FedExs issue. Coming to the product, I really liked the packaging and the assembly is fairly easy with most of the components already semi assembled the only issue I had was with screwing foot of the couch. There were no drilled holes but just the drawing. Overall, satisfied with the couch.

I had written customer service with a question and received a very prompt response the next day. It was very easy to put together ( one person, you will just need a cross tip/Philips screwdriver ) and it not only looks great and fits perfectly in my small space, but I actually love that its firm, as this will assure it from sagging like so many of these soft sofas. Overall Im very please from start to finish!

The pieces were not labeled so it took a few minutes to look at the pictures and figure out what to do.... This is comfortable, but will take a little getting used to since I downsized from a giant sectional that took up way too much room. I am 52 and the chaise is perfect for me, so if you are taller, dont expect to fit on the chaise. For the price this couch is very sturdy and cute!

It is very easy to assemble and convenient to use.
The customer service is very supportive and helpful.
They even offered to replace cushions and covers for free.

I love this couch. It was easy to assemble my 12 year old son put it together. One cushion was a little wrinkled but after it sat a while it pressed itself out. And for those saying cushion is to short. The Otomen part is rectangle not square u need to rotate it and cushion is perfect fit. Very happy it fits great in my small apartment.

The sofa is more blue grey
The sofa is more of a blue grey not dark grey as seen in the pictures, easy for one person to assemble.
