This was a quick delivery and was easy to assembly. Only time will tell on durability, but seems to be sturdy. Only thing i think that needs to be added to product description is that the top bed saftey recomendation is mattress should be no greater than seven inches thick. youll be content
This is not an expensive product. You get what you pay for. I do not expect this product to last more than a couple of years. For the money, you are better off at IKEA. Other than that, its a great product!
Note: This comes in two boxes. Somehow I missed this, so we opened the first box on Friday with the intent of setting it up and being able to use it that night. And then found out that the second box had not been delivered, and would not be delivered until Monday. Paused set/up, as we couldnt put anything together due to needed parts being in the other box.
Nothing came on Monday. It did arrive Tuesday. Thought wed try it again, as we had been waiting and needed the beds. Got the first bed started, only to realize that the mattress slat roll did not line up properly with the pre/drilled holes on the bed. Called to find out that they need pictures, proof of purchase, etc. emailed to verify it falls in the 1 year warranty window. And that it will probably be at least a week now to receive those mattress roll slats.
So now we have to figure out what to do with a partially finished bed, parts to the second bed, and sleeping arrangements during Thanksgiving weekend.
Thanks. Hopefully you make good on this quickly and we actually have a bed for the kids soon. And that it turns out to be a worthwhile purchase in the long run. Debating if we are going to keep it
My girls love the bed and its pretty sturdy but was a tad disappointed due to the fact there were scratches and dents all over the bed, like it was used and returned. But other than that it works.
It looks nice. Definitely took some time to assemble. One of the boards cracked when the last screw was inserted which is a real bummer. Hoping the company will send us a replacement board. Its not bad its just not great.
I purchased these bunk beds almost a year ago for my 2 boys (now age 7) Its holding up pretty well but weve had to tighten the screws twice so far because it starts to get wobbly after a few months of use and playing on. I would say if your looking for something really sturdy thatll last a long time this may not be the bunk bed for you. I purchased it on a whim because we needed bunk beds stat! Like I said so far its working out good just frustrating that we have to keep tightening all the screws to get it sturdy. highly disappointed!!!
Overall seems to be a decent bed. However, the assembly is greatly hampered by mislabeled parts and terrible instructions. Took forever to put together while deciphering the mess. Needs improvement in quality.
they forgot to pack the screws and hardware two times I sent it back finally they just sent the screws. Looks very nice and kids like their new bed (fairly sturdy.) Overall you got what you paid for.
We like it but dont love it. The bed is a nice size however serious concerns for our child on the bottom bunk hitting her head when she is on the mattress. There is not much clearance. Im going to invest in some barrier stick on guards so she does cut her head on the wooden slats below the top bunk. Pretty disappointing purchase for the price.

Smaller than expected
Its very short sided. With a Mattress alone it sticks up to the top of the bed posts. Im a bit disappointed.
